Johnson & Johnson Consumer, Inc. is recruiting for a Regional Brand Manager – Vogue, located in Zug
The Regional Brand Manager of Vogue International will report directly to the Sr. Commercial Director EMEA, and will be a key stakeholder in shaping OGX’s & Maui Moisture’s short & long term strategy, fueling Vogue’s growth
Responsibilities
Influence global team on implementation of NPI/D pipeline (strategic and tactical) across brands and categories
Work with the global team to develop the brand’s communication assets & messaging
Support and work closely with the J&J direct markets and distributors in shaping their strategy, portfolio architecture and NPIs, as well as on the development of the in-store and ATL assets
Local consumer and customer immersion to generate clear insights to optimize the regional marketing strategy
Manage the identification and implementation of Revenue Growth Management strategies
Work closely with the Supply & RA teams to track & ensure the NPIs launch timings
Monitor competitive market dynamics to develop and/or change the regional strategy
Lead local comms and media planning for the two key EMEA countries (UK & Germany) based on target consumer, working closely with the J3 Hub in the UK, to ensure that media/comms budget is invested efficiently to drive maximum return
Work collaboratively with global team on annual comms plans, adapting, optimizing or creating asset based on the EMEA lead market (UK) insights.
Tracking by cluster/market of KPIs – NTS, GP%, BC%, market share
BMEs management for the key EMEA countries UK & Germany.
Responsible for the Distributor markets forecast and accountable for the EMEA overview
Demonstrates an excitement, passion and curiosity for Beauty, Haircare, Body care, product formulations and our Brands.
Qualifications
A BA/BS in Marketing or a related business field is required. MBA is preferred.
A minimum of 6 years of marketing experience is required.
Marketing experience in Beauty care is required and Hair care would be highly advantageous.
You can demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a team environment, and be customer/market oriented.
You can work within and lead a cross functional team
Strong business analytics, consumer insights development, understanding of core marketing levers and advertising experience are required
Must possess demonstrated leadership and delivery of consistently strong results.
This position requires up to 10% European travel.
