District Retail Manager (m/f)

Location: South-Mid Switzerland

In this position you will report directly to the Area Manager Austria / Switzerland.

Your main duties will be

• Overall responsibility for all operational activities within the District (own operated stores as well as the B2B business) while driving sales and motivating the teams to success


• Leading, managing and coaching of employees as well as external partner


• Proactively looking for ways to improve sales and profitability as well as customer satisfaction


• Full responsibility of profit and loss and the Retail KPIs


• Ensuring excellent retail operations regarding all aspects of in-store activities and processes in all channels


• Training and advising staff on best practice regarding recruiting, training, staff planning and people development


• Positively influencing and supporting the external department stores, jewelers and wholesale partner

We are looking for

a motivated talent, who demonstrates previous multi-site management experience in a fast-moving retail environment. You pride yourself in leading high performing teams and you contribute to success and profitability proactively while having a solution-oriented mindset. You inspire your teams and your customer to feel empowered, to take ownership and to be accountable.

This challenging role demands proven leadership / people management skills as well as fluent communication skills in Italian, English and German (French would be an additional asset). We are looking for a person, who brings along a higher education (business degree), solid retail industry knowledge (at least 5 years) as well as knowledge in MS Office.
