Headquartered in Pfaeffikon (SZ), Switzerland, the firm has offices in New York, Dublin, London, Paris, Vaduz, Dubai, Beijing, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Sydney.


For this newly created position in the Private Markets Treasury team, we are looking for a dynamic and team-oriented person. The position includes the following responsibilities:

 

Debt Management (50%)



  • Manage existing capital call and asset backed credit facilities;

  • Supervise utilizations, repayments, interest payments and covenant reporting;

  • Take part in the evaluation and negotiations of new debt financings;

  • Interact with external service providers such as banks, depositories and law firms;

  • Timely handling of requests and queries from internal and external stakeholders.

 

Treasury Management and Controlling (30%)



  • Prepare board and management presentations and regular treasury reports;

  • Liaise with accountants and controllers to ensure accuracy of treasury accounting;

  • Monitor compliance with external regulations (AIFMD, KYC processes);

  • Advise on and implement hedging strategies to mitigate risks.

 

Project Management (20%)



  • Play an active role in the implementation of a new Treasury Management System.

 




Requirements



  • Degree in finance, law, accounting or business administration;

  • Minimum 4 years of treasury experience;

  • Excellent written and spoken English, German would be a plus;

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;

  • Excellent coordination and communication skills with proven organizational talent;

  • Ability to work accurately under pressure and to tight deadlines.
