In this role you will lead and grow the assigned customers group with full Net Revenue responsibility while optimizing the trade spending.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the preparation, negotiation as well as the execution of business plans with assigned trade partners with the target of growing the respective business (net revenues, tons)
Develop powerful customer relationships and closely collaborate with trade partners e.g. through Category Management Projects in order to increase our competitiveness
Increase product availability, focus on accelerating the growth of our core business and drive our innovation agenda by pushing our NPDs through excellent distribution and promotions
Execute any local pricing decisions (e.g. commodity price changes, revised price strategy, promo pricing etc.) and ensure excellent execution
Manage customer budgets and other trade funds and ensure allocation behind strategic priorities
Challenge the status quo and improve the Gross to Net investment within assigned budgets
Support the IBP process (integrated business planning) through accurate forecasting
Closely collaborate with local business teams (Marketing, Cat Planning, Logistics, etc.) to drive, development and execute new concepts and promotions
Play an active role in various project groups, be it people engagement, process improvement etc.
Qualifications
We would like you to have the following qualities:
University degree, preferably in Economics or Business Administration
4+ years of professional experience in FMCG in sales, trade marketing or supply chain roles
2+ years of Key Account Management experience
Drive for results combined with customer focus
Very good communications and negotiation skills
Ability to work with remote teams
Ability to manage multiple, diverse, internal and external stakeholders
Deep insights about the Swiss retail environment, or similar environment of developed markets
Fluency in German and English is a must; French language will be of an asset
