Responsibilities & Profile
Your contribution to KPMG
Organization and execution of sell- and buy-side due diligence and vendor assistance projects
Management and coordination of project teams as well as coaching and mentoring of less experienced team members
Close cooperation with our internal consultants from tax, valuations and pension as well as external lawyers and representatives of investment banks
Preparation of client presentations and offers as well as holding the presentation at the client offices or in front of their consultants
This is what makes you successful
Successfully completed degree in Economics; relevant further education (ACCA, CPA) is preferred
At least 3 - 4 years of experience in Transaction Services, Audit, financial consulting or controlling of an international firm; ideally combined with first experience in transactions and Big4 exposure
Analytical style of work, extended problem-solving skills and affinity for reporting topics
Quick to grasp and learn new things and translate these into actions
Not afraid to take on responsibility, able to handle pressure combined with a high degree of flexibility
Communicative personality as well as very good German and English language skills; French is a plus
