We Offer

 



  • A meaningful key role in a shared function between Compliance and Risk driving the transformation of front to back processes and delivering on a common data platform with advanced analytics, case management, self-service digital assistance, negative news and robotics capabilities

  • You join a specialized and highly motivated team of legal, regulatory and data privacy specialists where you will play a crucial role with our mission to implement a global overview of our clients and their accounts enabling the bank to actively manage risk (including AML, anti-fraud, credit risk, market misconduct etc)

  • In this global program you are responsible to challenge and assess legal, data and regulatory requirements from international locations to ensure they are aligned to a recognized business benefit with required sponsorship

  • You will prepare and present project related statements in front of internal and external auditors, regulators and the bank’s General Counsel Division in various business locations

  • You will evaluate data protection questions and agreements (e.g. on outsourcing) that apply to international data transfers in CS Group locations and gather decisions from key stakeholders in the bank

  • You are going to identify potential areas of collaboration with risk and client focused initiatives, such as General Counsel and Front Organizations

  • Through close collaboration with numerous partners you get the chance to broaden your strong and sustainable network across and outside of the bank


You Offer

 

  • You hold a Swiss university degree in law, admission to the bar would be a plus

  • You gathered minimum 6 years of relevant working experience in a bank, financial institution or consultancy on cross-border legal topics

  • You have a deep understanding of the functions of an international bank and are able to come up with creative and effective business solutions and present in front of Senior Management

  • You are a dedicated problem solver with a positive, empathetic personality and can-do attitude who loves to handle multiple challenging priorities and assignments

  • You are a standout colleague with an open-minded, flexible and reliable way of working as well as with the dedication to provide high quality deliverables within the given timeframe

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German are required
