Spring Professional is looking for an experienced Annotation Team Coordinator who will be supporting the European Research team with testing, troubleshooting and coordinating functions while continuously driving and enhancing rating operations. As part of this, you will have the opportunity to exercise operational and technological skills. You will be working with raters and research engineers on a daily basis. This is a full-time temporary role for a period of 12 months with the possibility of an extension.
Your challenges
Run tests, design test cases, determine the severity of problems, provide feedback to our engineering teams staff to determine root cause analysis and correction.
Knowledge management, developing necessary training materials.
Analyze labels and develop quality evaluation processes.
Coordinate rating operations with teams onsite and abroad.
Troubleshoot, create, or modify crowd compute plugins or implement small tools.
Your skills
BA/BSc degree or equivalent with a strong academic record.
Previous experience as operations coordinator.
Programming skills: HTML, Javascript.
Knowledge of and familiarity with Google. Active user of Internet and online applications.
Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking and analysis
Strong attention to detail.
Strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment in a fast-paced environment.
