The Position
The Life Cycle Team Point of Care Coagulation, Hematology and Urinalysis (CHU) initiates/ manages projects and future new developments in the near patient testing areas. In addition, we are also responsible for the on market support of the existing product portfolio
We are seeking an International Product Manager (IPM) to join our dynamic POC CHU team, as a member of the team, your main responsibilities will include though not limited to:
Product Management of the POC Urinalysis portfolio that consists of the Urisys 1100 instrument and the Combur and Micral Visual Test Strip Lines
Contribute to ensure that Product Care projects are delivered on time and in scope
Liaise and work with internal stakeholders including regulatory, operations, quality as well as Scientific and Medical Affairs to effectively support current and future portfolio
Provision of on-market product support and guidance to the affiliates
Coordination of feedback with countries / customers around specific marketing activities / projects

To be successful in this role your qualifications include::
Scientific, business or engineering university degree
5+ years’ experience in the medical device industry, preferably in product management, marketing or sales is a plus
Previous experience in R&D or customer support roles is beneficial
Prior experience in Point of Care and/or Urinalysis is desired
Excellent communication skills
Experience in working in a complex and dynamic matrix environment with diverse colleagues/functions
Internationally minded with interest in interacting with multiple cultures and different type of organizations
English proficiency is mandatory, other languages skills e.g. German are an advantage
