The Business Transformation unit manages the bank's strategic project portfolio and plays an important role in the definition of the future platform strategy by coordinating the activities between business, IT and the programs/projects. Individual teams such as PMO Support, Change Execution, Migration and Process Support each contribute to the overall goal to implement new platform elements using state-of-the-art technologies. In this interesting role you will be part of the central PMO team of Business Transformation acting as PMO in strategic Business Transformation Programs of the Bank.

IHRE AUFGABEN



  • Provide Program PMO, expertise to programs and project management methodologies to large projects

  • Integrate and lead the program office and support the program head in governance, planning, reporting and steering of the Business Transformation department initiatives

  • Define and develop together with the PMO team the framework of standards and tools to be implemented in all supported programs / projects of BJB

  • Ensure the reporting structure in programs and provides status reports to various stakeholder groups and decision bodies consisting of budget, costs, timeline, risks, issues and dependencies

  • Financial planning and controlling of Business Transformation programs and projects – primary contact for the Business Transformation Controller

  • Lead the risk management process of BT programs and projects

  • External workforce management and tracking

  • Consolidate roadmaps of the BT programs and projects for senior management

  • Update and maintenance of the program SharePoint page and other communication channels

  • Manage, organize and moderate program team meetings, workshops, and information sessions

  • General administrative support of programmes


IHRE FÄHIGKEITEN



  • Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related discipline

  • Several years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Banking industry

  • Profound Project and Program Management skills

  • Good general knowledge in Private Banking

  • Knowledge of regulatory projects in banking

  • Strong organizational skills and structured workstyle

  • Excellent English and German language skills

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Extensive knowledge in project management tools (e.g. WBS, status reporting, MS Office suite, progress tracking, budget/actual management, risk assessment etc.)

  • Analytical and problem solving skills
