Legal Client Accounts proactively advises and supports the business in all legal and regulatory aspects of Avaloq’s clients globally.
Your mission
Proactively support the Account Management teams and other client facing functions in client related legal and regulatory topics (run business)
Collaborate with the Account Management Team in the day to day operations and projects to increase client satisfaction and business growth
Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements including SLA
Support colleagues from Legal Contracting and Legal Shared Services if required
What you need
University degree in law, ideally with admission to the bar
Minimum 3 to 5 years proven experience in commercial law within the banking or IT industry
Fluency in English and German (this is a must)
Excellent drafting, negotiations and communication skills
A proactive, solution-oriented mind-set with a pragmatic approach to problem solving
Ability keep oversight and setting the right priorities

Fluency in Italian and French
Experience with outsourcing agreements including SLA in the financial industry
