Build and develop Avaloq’s global business consulting unit that supports our clients directly in using Avaloq at its best
Anticipate growth, regulatory and compliance, efficiency, digitalization and other business challenges in an ever-changing environment; recommend process, product or service improvements to the clients
Assess and transform our clients Target Operating Model’s
Proactively identify and solve unique and complex client problems and create unique business propositions for our clients
Apply strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as international financial industry knowledge to establish credibility with internal & external stakeholders
Collaborate with other units across the organization and beyond to ensure and drive overall client value
What you need
10+ years of experience in the Financial Service industry with a strong focus on Private Banking and Wealth Management
Extensive leadership experience in overseeing a consulting unit with high impact teams
You are a strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset and a desire for creative problem solving
Excellent negotiations and relationship-building skills
Due to your advanced communication skills you can communicate perfectly in German and English
