As part of our Operations Strategy, Architecture & PPM team at our headquarters in Zurich-Altstetten you are responsible for developing the digital transformation strategy and analyzing digital trends and technology to integrate it into the transformation. You develop the digital transformation strategy in collaboration with the business services heads, the management board, operation strategy and enterprise architecture
You coach senior management and the business units in the integration of the digital transformation strategy integration the overall business strategy
You develop the digital transformation road map and anchor the topic in the organization
You identify opportunities to replace manual processes with technology to drive customer experience, cost savings and revenue generation.
You derive digitalization requirements and align the demand with the target enterprise architecture
You analyze digital trends and technology and integrate it into the transformation
You develop and/or support the development of complex key deliverables like digital business capabilities, process adjustments and required IT components
You prepare KPI and trend reports on the implementation progress to support the digital transformation
Your profile
You have a Bachelor's degree or above, preferably with a focus on economics, business administration or (business) informatics
You have proven experience in leading and/or consulting of digitalization transformation programs preferably in banks or financial industry
You have excellent verbal and written communication and consulting skills in English and German across all levels, including C-level
You have profound know-how and multiyear experience of the required technologies and methodologies in strategy development, business process reengineering and enterprise architecture
You are willing to challenge the current operating environment and are highly motivated to proactively drive initiatives to deliver change throughout the company
You have the skill to anticipate technology developments and derive its influence on the Cembra application and system landscape
