Your responsibilities
Professional guidance on different project functions within the project scope (work package)
Responsible for the full Building Services scope (electrical, mechanical, firefighting) in terms of cost, quality and time (incl. establishing the time schedules)
Coordination and provision of Concept und Basic Engineering under consideration of internal and external interfaces
Lead of a small team of 2-3 system engineers
Preparation of technical specifications for the Building Services systems
Responsible for supplier selection and timely purchase order
Supplier expediting during detail engineering (incl. documentation management and inspections)
Active Collaboration with arrangement planning
Coordination of the construction works with regard to the integration of the plant as a whole, check of the interfaces for every single lot
Guarantee of the information flow within the project team and initiation of problem solving
Your experiences
Good Process and Product knowledge
Completed engineering degree techn. College/University (FH/ ETH) in the field of mechanical engineering or process engineeringExecution experience for all above mentioned Building Services Lots
Fluent in English (German of advantage)
Competence in planning and organisation, problem solving skills, high quality standards, assertiveness, team and communication skills
With basis on experience, recognizes possible solutions, adapts and performs in different situations
Experience in dealing with suppliers and in procuring complex systems
Experience with multidisciplinary project teams
