Ihre Aufgaben

As part of Global Supply Chain Management, Global Engineering is responsible for standardizing electronic and electromechanical product groups on a regional or global level. Strategic department and supplier management as well as concurrent and value engineering will further optimize costs and time to market. To support the Global Engineering team with all the master data, we are offering an Internship – Master Data Maintenance 100% (f/m/d) - 6 months.

The position is located at our global operational headquarters in Nänikon-Greifensee, Zurich.

In this role, your responsibilities would include:

• Structuring and cleaning up the master database


• Collecting and consolidating product data from multiple sources


• Verifying and completing data in cooperation with procurement teams worldwide


• Coordinating mass changes with the global Master Data Management team


• Creation of supplier compliance surveys and generation of data reports


• Support other business functions in their database related requests


• Using global data standards to fill in and update product classifications, descriptions and attributes

Ihr Profil

Following requirements are necessary for this role:

• Bachelor in the field of Engineering, Business or related fields


• Technical background would be a big asset


• Independent working method and proactive communication skills


• Good MS Office user knowledge (MS Excel) and SAP skills are nice to have


• A self-driven, smart and fast way of thinking is highly expected


• Excellent written and spoken English are a must, German is a plus
