The RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic team member that can help us make our business processes even more efficient. This role will be working closely together with the COO in designing, implementing and monitoring all types of different processes from sales to production. You are someone that is comfortable working independently and have experience designing, mapping and improving business processes.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Analyse our current tools and find and implement suitable alternatives in close collaboration with other internal stakeholders.
Set up the needed technologies to make sure we gather the data that is needed to make smart business decisions
Support our company growth
Research our target market to identify and analyse potential customers and competitors
Analyse and help steer our online marketing efforts
Assist in lead generation and business development efforts
Assist in operational matters needed to support our growth
Establish and maintain company-wide data insights
Establish, maintain and communicate KPIs for all business units
Visualise and document our operational and data flows
Extract and communicate key insights from complex data structures
WHAT WE NEED TO SEE
3+ years of relevant work experience (International experience is a plus)
Analytical skills: you are smart, fast and above all accurate with numbers
Experience leading a project related to software implementation is a plus
Knowing how to figure things out is more important than knowing things
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is a must
Flexibility: we are a small and growing team so responsibilities will change over time
Basic understanding of databases is required
Enthusiasm for what we are doing
Authorised to work in Switzerland
NICE TO HAVES
German is a plus but not required
Accounting knowledge is a plus but not required
Experience with Google Suite, Chartio, other BI tools, Hubspot is a plus
