Your responsibilities will be as follows:
Your assignment
Audit testing and documentation according to the methodology in place
Support the team in performing periodic follow-ups of audit recommendations
Participate in the implementation and testing of an Internal Audit application
Pre-audit data analytics: support in existing reviews and elaboration of KPIs on control efficiency group-wide
Maintain Audit Work Programs (for core and outsourced auditing)
Support the group in the identification, evaluation, treatment and reporting of business risks in coordination with corporate, local management and process owners.
Assist in embedding risk management into budget planning and business processes (eg: annual budget, CAPEX, PMIs, etc.).
Your background
Ongoing University studies in Business Administration, Economics or related fields
Prior experience in Audit (Internal or External) or in Risk Management is a plus
Good ability to translate industrial or business processes concepts to Finance
Pragmatic and able to communicate with different levels in the organization
Fluent in English and German, oral & written, French is a plus
Concise and goal oriented report writing
Data mining skills are a plus
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Ethic oriented
