Your challenges
You manage, lead and implement manufacturing and packaging process improvements in accordance with GMP
You develop an operational plan (short, medium and long term) and strive for continuous improvement
You lead, coach and develop a successful Team
You manage the annual budget of the department, as well as financial measures which ensure performance and enable profitable growth
You ensure that products are manufactured and packaged in accordance with regulatory requirements
Your skills
You hold a higher degree (Bachelor or Master Degree)
You have several years of experience in production operations in pharmaceutical or highly regulated environment
You have experience in managing and planning budget
You have good experience in Lean Manufacturing (e.g. 5S, Standard Work, Visual Management, Kanban)
You are an experienced Team Leader
You are a fluent German speaker with a very good English command
