SUMMARY



The Senior Manager, Services Business, iTero EMEA is responsible to the Services Business growth in the region. As the Services Business leader in region, you will focus on customer retention, renewal activities, upgrades and expand selling to the iTero (3D Oral Impression) installed Base and in presenting new services business models and offering in the region. You will play a key role in driving digital transformation in the dental industry.


You will work cooperatively with global services group, region managers and country sales and operation, in a coherent and consistent fashion in order to achieve services business results. This individual will report directly to the Managing Director, iTero EMEA. 


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • In charge of the P&L of the service business in the region - grow the service business level and profitability in the region.

  • Develops and implements strategies with the local sales leaders around growing our recurring service business including monthly oversight on customer success, adoption (utilization), retention, renewal and expansion activities.

  • Implementation of business cases for the new services introduction including pricing, new business models and contract management. Focus on services business marketing activities.

  • In coordination with Global Services, drives our critical connected services initiatives within the region – educates region leaders and partners, supports sales efforts around services offering, value and opportunities, and monitors performance

  • Guide customer services methodology implementation in the region (service and subscriptions contracts scope, value and local guidelines, pricing, new offering and business models etc).

  • Work with marketing team to improve marketing of the iTero Services business

  • Provide feedback on product serviceability and customer requests to ensure service and support business needs and requests are addressed in all functions. Visiting specific customers and understand better the customer requirements.

  • Identify the impact of new product features on services knowledge, workflow processes, pricing and offering in the region.


QUALIFICATIONS



  • A solid understanding of Services business offering and relevant experience

  • Working closely with the region management and country stakeholders (sales, operation, marketing and training) and the services global function.

  • Business orientation- Exhibits drive and focuses on results and execution.

  • Leadership and strong Matrix managerial skills and Process orientated


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE



  • 10+ years’ experience in a multinational company, with responsibilities/exposure to commercial, operational, legal and financials subjects.

  • BA\ Bachelor of Science - must; MBA – Advantage.

  • Health and Dental industry experience is a plus

  • Strong communication skills with ability to be effective at all levels in an organization

Travel
Travel will be up to 35% or whenever required.
