European Senior Sales Executive – Cryptocurrency & Quantitative Trading Solutions


Job Overview:


Building on our strong recent growth, we are now actively seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team covering the European market. With a demonstrable and successful track record delivering mission-critical solutions to Buyside and Capital Markets firms, you will be responsible for actively developing, managing and closing new clients in addition to supporting our existing client portfolio. Experience in the trading and execution as well as cryptocurrency is highly regarded along with a successful selling record into Buyside firms like Hedge Funds. This is an extremely exciting time to be joining an ambitious high-growth Fintech with strong marklet demand with a well established solution and client base.


Responsibilities



  • Responsibility for sales to new and existing clients

  • Manage the entire sales process from business development, lead qualification, business analysis, client presentations through to negotiation and deal closing.

  • Cooperate with internal teams like marketing, pre-sales and sales support to increase sales

  • As a seasoned and successful new business sales professional, you will be expected to hit sales targets and be measured primarily on delivering new business.


Knowledge/Experience



  • 5+ years of strategic B2B consultative solution sales experience

  • Existing network within the Buyside (quant Hedge Funds, prop shops, market makers, etc.)

  • Proven experience in selling to multiple levels within client organizations, up to and including C-level management

  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets in excess of $1 million annual sales quota

  • Extensive experience in building and maintaining account relationships

  • Generation of sales strategies for different target groups

  • Fluent with proactive sales approaches

  • Must be able to proactively develop business as well qualify and manage in-bound leads

  • Experience in working in a distributed global environment

Pre-Sales Engineer Zurich/Switzerland – Crypto Assets & Quantitative Trading


Job Overview:


We are looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer based in Zurich. As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will be part of the AlgoTrader sales team and support the sales process and deal flow. You will collaborate closely with the sales, consulting services, product development and technical support teams to ensure that proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address client needs. You will be reporting to the Head of Sales EMEA directly.


Responsibilities



  • Support the sales team with project inquiries

  • Collaborate on the design of quantitative trading strategies for our prospects

  • Collaborate on project estimations

  • Perform presentations of our solution AlgoTrader to our prospects

  • Ensure technical support to sales staff and client trails

  • Collaborate on the development of our product AlgoTrader

  • Follow current industry trends and incorporate best practices into the solution


Knowledge/Experience



  • MUST HAVE: Experience in the trading domain, preferably with quantitative trading strategies based on Stocks, Forex, Futures, Options and/or Crypto Assets

Building on our strong recent growth, we are now actively seeking an experienced Financial Services Technology Senior Sales Executive to join our team covering the APAC market. The candidate must be located in Singapore at our APAC regional office. With a demonstrable and successful track record in delivering mission-critical solutions to Buyside and Capital Markets firms, you will be responsible for actively developing, managing and closing new clients in addition to supporting our existing client portfolio. You must be a confident and motivated self-starter and be comfortable in being the “face” of AlgoTrader in the APAC region. Strategic solution sales experience in electronic trading and execution as well as exposure to the growing Digital Asset economoy is highly critical along with a successful selling record of managing multiple complex sales engagagments into Buyside firms like Hedge Funds. Senior Java Developer Zurich/Switzerland – Crypto Assets & Quantitative Trading Systems


Job Overview:


We are looking for a Senior Java Developer based in our Zurich office. As a Senior Java Developer you will design and implement strategic features for our core product AlgoTrader and quantitative trading strategies for our clients.


Responsibilities:



  • Design and implementation of future releases of AlgoTrader including key infrastructure components such as low latency order management, execution algorithms, smart order routing, event handling, big data management, messaging and business services.

  • Analysis, Design, Implementation and Testing of quantitative trading strategies based on client specific requirements.

  • Close collaboration with product management, development team, head of development and customers.

  • Following current industry trends and incorporating best practices into the solution.


Knowledge/Experience:



  • MUST HAVE: Experience in the trading domain, preferably with quantitative trading strategies based on Stocks, Forex, Futures, Options and/or Crypto Assets

ReactJS Developer – Quantitative Trading Systems


Job Overview:


You will be part of the AlgoTrader core development team. As a ReactJS Developer, you complement the existing cross functional team. As the driving person, you are closely working together with the team and the head of development to define and implement future releases of AlgoTrader.


There is an immediate need to push the upcoming two release for summer and fall in 2019:



  • Expanding the Order Book frontend

  • New fronted for Backtesting

  • Smart Order Routing (SOR) frontend enhancements

  • Request for Quote frontend

  • Frontend for strategy development


Responsibilities:


Design and implementation of future releases of the AlgoTrader Web UI (html5.algotrader.ch) Close collaboration with product management, development team, head of development and customers


Knowledge/Experience:



  • React.JS deep expertise

  • At least 5 years’ hands-on professional experience in frontend development

  • Experience with agile and test driven development

  • Experience in working in a distributed global environment

  • Preferably worked in the trading world or exposure to the capital market


Required Skills:



  • Hands-on experience with HTML5, ReactJS
