We Offer

 

  • A meaningful and multifaceted role within the IWM CRO Treasury & Liquidity Risk team to lead the asset-liability (ALM) risk management function for the International Wealth Management division and associated legal entities.

  • Lead in depth analyses and assessments for senior management, Board of Directors, and regulators with respect to asset-liability management, market risks, and interest rate risk in the banking book.

  • Opportunity to deepen the risk knowledge, with a focus on market risk, and become a subject matter expert in an area with substantially growing importance and attention.

  • Direct and indirect management responsibilities, including remote team management.

  • Widespread interaction with a diverse set of business partners in business, risk, treasury, and finance, whilst being an integral being part of our dynamic and diverse team in a senior position.


You Offer

 

  • You hold a university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or another quantitative area, or comparable level of education.

  • 5 years of practical experience in treasury, debt capital markets, product control, market risk management, or accounting within a major financial institution

  • Ability to drive projects paired with an independent and dedicated working style

  • You combine excellent interpersonal skills with strong communication and stakeholder management abilities with a high level of service orientation

  • You present strong analytical capabilities as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint specifically)

  • Proficiency in English, German is a plus

  • You are a dedicated problem solver with a positive personality, driving plans to success; your hands on approach helps to solve cumbersome problems even with manual effort
