What's the role?


As a project manager you drive the development and implementation of new additive manufacturing technologies within Hilti. In close cooperation with different stakeholders, you identify products and applications which can be improved substantially by using additive manufacturing processes.

What does the role involve?


You will work in the area of additive manufacturing technologies, today one of the most dynamic and active research fields globally. As a project manager, you are responsible to deliver the projects within the quality, costs and schedule targets. By establishing sound project governance structures, you ensure clear target setting, prioritization and timely execution. Inspiring discussions with internal and external stakeholders are key to foster a common understanding and close alignment. For sure the most exciting aspect of being a project manager is to lead your project members, learn from each other and to grow as a team - because success is all about people.

What you need is:



  • University degree in mechanical engineering or material science, pref. with PhD

  • Experience in additive manufacturing or powder metallurgy

  • Proven project management skills

  • Distinct moderation, communication and presentation skills

  • Drive for results and high personal standard of performance
