What's the role?


Join our interdisciplinary team in Corporate Research and Technology investigating the digital future of our customers and the construction industry through our engineered solutions. Gain exposure and knowledge in a variety of industries ranging from oil and gas to hospitals, from mixed-use highrise construction to manufacturing by creating new case studies on how IOT will change their lifecycle. Working closely with our leadership and our experts across R&D and business units you will support us in identifying and prioritizing opportunities and requirements to enhance product efficiency and harness the power of ICT.


Start date is flexible to the student's availability, duration for at least 6 months

What does the role involve?


As an intern in our department you will be part of a cross-organizational strategic project. Your assignment will be to research latest trends and implementation of IOT technologies and use cases in specific industrial and commercial segments within the field of monitoring, facility management and operations. Mapping competitive landscape, by identifying who are the main players in the field and what hardware and software are used for which purpose.
You will work closely with our experts and support our leadership team and sharpen your skills to create top management presentations by summarising your findings in presentations and decks.

What you need is:



  • Strong communication skills, with excellent English and interpersonal skillls

  • Business or marketing student

  • Autonomous and pro-active working style

  • Interest in emerging technologies and their impact on various industries, innovation management and new technologies, e.g. IOT, AI, MR/VR/AR

  • A strategic approach and good problem-solving skills

  • Enthusiasm to learn and drive to succeed
