What's the role?


Hilti is strongly growing its engineered project business with the offering of a Total System Solution. You can be part of this journey, supporting the Corporate Service Owner Prefabrication by being the key person in researching and developing processes and structures on how we can deploy our current prefabrication service with fixed locations for flexible locations as service for major construction projects.


Start date is flexible to the student's availability, duration for 3-6 months

What does the role involve?


As intern in our department you’ll be part of the strategic project support team and contribute to the journey towards a professional Hilti Total Solution Offering supporting the project workflow of customers around the world.. You’ll work closely with our experts to develop a professional execution of value added services (cutting, kitting, pre-assembly) in a mobile environment.


Your key responsibilities will be to take the globally defined standards for a stationary setup and adjust them to mobile setup. You will define additional processes necessary for this specific environment and combine all of it in a process handbook for mobile prefabrication.

A very exciting mixture of conceptional work on corporate level with a strong link to operational service execution in various countries.

What you need is:



  • Bachelor Degree in production, industrial or business engineering

  • Production and Business Administration Knowhow, Microsoft Office, SAP (MM, SD),

  • Excellent Analytical Skills

  • Strong communication skills, with excellent English and interpersonal skills

  • Energy, courage and sharp thinking
