Length: 18 months including 4-6 month rotation


Academic qualification: Recently completed bachelor's or master's degree at a university or university of applied sciences. Ideally in Business Administration / Management or Banking and Finance.

We offer:



  • A position promising a wide variety of topics within the Regulatory, Market Management & Front Service Delivery team in International Wealth Management based in Zurich. You will become part of our dynamic organization and diverse team in Business Area (BA) Southern Europe. This role provides an ideal opportunity to define your career and build a strong network with positive relationships across the bank while learning new skills on-the-job

  • Gain an in-depth insight into the diverse portfolio of regulatory change initiatives (i.e. to comply with EU directives, Swiss regulations, local tax laws) impacting the markets Cyprus, Greece, Italy, Monaco, Spain and Portugal and centrally driven by Regulatory Strategy & Business Change team

  • Perform a variety of tasks related to regulatory and strategy projects such as elaboration of slide decks, preparation of Steering Committees, briefing of Senior Management, Business Area internal and stakeholders across the bank

  • Coordinate successful and effective collaboration with on-shore locations in Italy, Spain and Portugal

  • Drive selected business projects for our Business Area while performing data analytics, define strategy and ensure implementation with focus on end-to-end business readiness. You will learn and apply industry wide established project management tools.

  • Contributed in the development of the various trainings in the area of Market Management

  • You bring experience in managing projects and you feel comfortable applying your understanding in handling complex issues and executing initiatives in the context of a large organization

  • You have strong analytical and conceptual skills, you are a dynamic, committed and highly motivated person with a strong sense of ownership

  • You have very good interpersonal skills

  • Very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

  • Excellent written and spoken English is a requirement; German and any other Latin language or Greek is an advantage
