Leonteq Securities AG (“Leonteq”) launches its fourth Leonteq Graduate Program designed to develop future experts, leaders, innovators and entrepreneurs. The program will equip the next generation of top university talents for a long-term career within our company. Successful applicants will join their team of choice and become a valued team member from day one. In combination with two intensive one-week off-site training classes, focusing on important aspects of early career development, Leonteq Graduates will be offered insight opportunities across all departments to understand and build know-how in the mechanics of the structured investment product value chain. Graduate Strategic Development

 

Your tasks & responsibilities



  • Develop a visible path to achieve desired long-term strategic goals

  • Focus on developing, executing, communicating and sustaining strategic business ideas

  • Make an impact and drive senior management decision making process in close collaboration with other stakeholders

  • Deal intelligence and origination for the new business ideas across EMEA and Asia

  • Prepare and execute client pitches to monetize strategic business ideas

  • Interact with prospect institutions and ensure monetization over time

 

Training Structure



  • Financial Markets: market structure, fundamentals and trends

  • Prudential Reporting: Basel framework (capital, liquidity) and target jurisdiction specific implementation

  • Prudential Regulation: target jurisdiction specific implementations

  • Corporate Development: Strategy setting, execution and development of disruptive business models

  • Structured Products: usage, representation, risks

  • Presentation and pitch techniques

Our requirements



  • University Master degree

  • Exploratory mindset to envision future business models/services

  • Strong analytical skills combined with first industry understanding (far beyond investment products)

  • Creative mindset to develop outside the box solutions

  • Effective communication with Executive Committees

  • Willingness to travel

  • Fluent in English
