External Staff, Annual Meeting 2019, Hotel Badge and Car Sticker Team The World Economic Forum, committed to improving the state of the world, is the International Organization for Public-Private Cooperation. The Forum engages the foremost political, business and other leaders of society to shape global, regional and industry agendas. The World Economic Forum is seeking students to help the Hotel Badge and Car Sticker Team at the Forum’s Annual Meeting in Davos-Klosters, Switzerland, in January 2019. You are dynamic, hardworking, adaptable, flexible and willing to carry out any of the many important tasks required to help run the meeting. Your responsibilities will include the processing (data verification) of registrations for the Annual Meeting, direct visitor/customer support during the event as well as the assistance of external actors with the registration process. Furthermore, you will help to prepare training and communication documents as well as to provide hotline and mailbox support to clients. You are willing to contribute your knowledge, resourcefulness, professionalism and positive attitude throughout an intense and extraordinary week-long meeting. You are able to work in a team and capable of dealing with unexpected situations, pressure and stress. Working at this global gathering, which brings together the world’s top business, government and other leaders, will provide a tremendous learning opportunity.
