We Offer

 



  • Leadership of specific strategic L&TS transformation projects, e.g. fully independent development of new procedures to increase the transparency of L&TS service charging to the business divisions

  • Financial analysis and strategic support to L&TS decision making and operational processes

  • Responsibility for strategic review of L&TS charging mechanisms and project management of processes and tools to deliver against the strategy

  • Responsibility for all ad-hoc queries coming from internal and external stakeholders

  • Driving implementation of the Vendor Governance Framework to ensure L&TS meets requirements

  • Supporting contractual binding of vendors, setting up new contracts in coordination and the involvement of SVM and Legal

  • Preparation of vendor reports and vendor reviews to minimize contract leakage and facilitate control

  • Support to L&TS management when onboarding new customers, responsible for addressing costs recharging questions and adopting internal charging processes to meet customers’ requirements

  • Supervision of working time data entered by L&TS Swiss employees, responsible for ensuring a unified approach to reported activities and preparation of statistics

  • Administration of all supplementary staff contracts (home office agreements/stand-by services) 

  • Proposing new workflow to increase human resources efficiency and improve L&TS processes

  • Acting as single point of contact for all request related to staff administration tasks and questions for all involved stakeholders

  • Definition of L&TS controls landscape, ensuring all risk and control measures are appropriate and adhered to by the L&TS team

  • Supporting the head of L&TS with preparation and coordination of required information for audits

  • Risk and incident management: responsibility for all activities related to physical security (coordination for SIBE), elaboration and monitoring of adequate governance processes (vendors management, contracts, MICOS, RCSA, etc.), organization of adequate training for the team  

  • Responsibility for the appropriate delivery (quality and cost) of all remaining required support service  performed by the various BDC service platforms

  • Coordination of relevant information exchange between L&TS and the service platforms

  • Coordination and administration of management, clients, vendor meetings and L&TS events


You Offer

 

  • Several years of experience in a large global bank or financial industry

  • University degree or equivalent and controlling certification

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to quickly understand business strategy and implications

  • Deep knowledge of all compliant and regulatory requirements to appropriate handle with the sensitivity level of data managed by L&TS and to ensure adequate risk controls

  • Ability and to analyze strategic and charging data to identify business improvement opportunities and trends

  • Responsibility and independent working practice, showing initiative and high level of reliability

  • Demonstrated ability in problem solving and project leadership

  • Ability to perform excellent stakeholder management and to establish trusted relationships at senior and top management level

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to foster consensus in decisional processes, also for challenging and complex initiatives

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and great teammate capabilities

  • Ability to work in a demanding and complex environment and prioritize workload accordingly

  • Proficiency in English (written and oral)
