Based on a holistic client coverage approach we provide a wide range of customized wealth management advisory services and solutions. Act as sparring partner of the Premium Clients Management Team
Implement standardized roles and responsibilities across hubs and segments and oversee and validate staffing with Segment Head of Account Management
Ensure compliance and risk diligence within Account Managers and Assistant RMs
Coordinate roll-out of digitalization topics and manage stakeholder landscape
The chance to combine business area strategy definition with concept implementation, as well as to lead and coordinate a wide variety of projects

You Offer
You offer
A university degree or above
A track record of at least 10 years’ experience in the financial services industry, ideally with exposure to private banking and operations in an international environment?
Deep knowledge of performance drivers within the private banking business
Experience in leading and motivating high performing employees
Strong communication and presentation skills, which enable you to quickly gain trust and build up solid working relationships with highly diverse stakeholders and senior partners Strong conceptual and analytical skills combined with the ability of critical thinking
The ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
A self-motivated, dedicated and pro-active spirit, as well as a positive, empathetic personality who is able to prioritize effectively
Excellent oral and written command of German and English
