  • A unique chance to coordinate and lead client communication campaigns for regulatory change programs across the bank

  • You take on responsibility for end-to-end communication project while at the same time learning from an experienced team

  • You will experience change implementation from conceptual planning until implementation and control phase

You Offer

 

  • At least 3 years of professional banking experience, preferably in a Consulting or Project work role; front/sales experience is an additional asset

  • You bring high degree of social intelligence

  • You have a strong affinity to cope with large data sets (Excel, VBA, SQL queries, etc.)

  • You show strong communication skills and the ability to quickly adapt your communication style to target audience in diverse environments

  • You bring in an outgoing personality with presentation capabilities and affinity to organize and committed will to learn new content

  • You present a hands-on, pragmatic and business-oriented attitude with an open-minded character (solid ability to adapt to change)

  • You possess very good knowledge of English and German, any other market language skills would be an advantage in order to collaborate with different stakeholders

  • You are passionate about working in a dynamic and international work environment on highly challenging topics

  • Experience of data analytics tools (Tableau, STATA) and/or knowledge of SQL programming language are a distinct plus

  • Knowledge about Credit Suisse Client data (cif structure) is an explicit assets

  • You are a dedicated problem solver with a positive personality and can-do attitude
