The Knowledge Manager Income is responsible for the development, use, explanation and transfer of available explicit and implicit knowledge pertaining to the theme Income, for implementation in the operative work.Your duties
Responsible for CaCH approaches and tools pertaining to the theme Income (incl. focal points Jobs & Income; Food Security & Markets)
Steering / management of cooperation and coordination with Advisors and Programme Directors, and directing an Advisor
Controlling and developing assets
Analysing and feeding back of lessons learned and experience gained from projects, to Knowledge Management and into operative work processes, including provision of such experiential data as inputs for project planning
Responsibility for the practice-relevant, thematic learning dialogue for internal employees
Development and communication of 1-3 knowledge products annually, for both internal and external application
Establishing, building up, controlling and ensuring the quality of a 5-10-member pool of experts
Establishment and expansion of strategic partnerships with thematic leaders in Switzerland and in core regions
Introduction of new employees in the thematic area
Our requirements
University degree or equivalent education, different disciplines possible, theme-relevant further education
4-5 years' experience in theme-relevant IC work incl. practice-oriented experience abroad
High-level basic skills in at least one thematic focal point, and readiness to acquire further basic competence in others
Proof of publications and access to a topic-relevant network
Conceptional and didactic-pedagogical skills
Proficiency in expressing oneself clearly, both in writing and speech
Skills in process management and leadership
Skills in the transfer of theme-specific, expert knowledge for implementation in operative work processes
Able to work independently
Temporal flexibility
Solution-oriented style of working
Able to work in a team
Proficiency in French, English and German
Willing to travel
Your place of work will be Lucerne.
Starting date: 01.01.2020 or as agreed upon.
