For our client, a leading international company based in Neuchâtel, we are looking for their next :

Head of Production (M/F)

Main tasks

• Management of the production and warehouse team with 10 employees

• Production and resource planning

• Coordination of logistics to central warehouse

• Data maintenance in the ERP system

• Continuous improvement of production and quality processes with related documentation

• Maintenance and calibration of measurement equipment and production tools

• Repairs of customer returns and rental devices

• Ensure training of staff

• Reporting to GM

Requirements

You have a completed basic technical education with further training as technician TS / HF (ideally in the field of production). Multiannual leadership experience in the environment of small electrical device assembly preferably in the medical category is mandatory. We are expecting a personality with a hands on target mentality. You are a communicative and assertive personality who is fluent in English and French or German.
