Compliance Officer 80-100%


This job opportunity is made for a qualified candidate who enjoys supporting the company's success and its unique business approach with compliant processes.

Your Main Tasks

  • Responsible for Compliance framework of responsAbility Group

  • Advise business and project teams with regard to all Compliance topics (AML, Code of Conduct, ABC, Data Protection, FATCA)

  • Draft and revise tailored policies, guidelines and processes to implement relevant regulations within responsAbility Group

  • Quarterly Compliance risk assessment and reporting to General Counsel, the Management and the Board of Directors

  • Prepare and coordinate Regulatory Audit Process

  • Responsible for KYC related requests and integrity checks on counterparties

  • Compliance reporting to foreign authorities and maintain investment related product registration

  • Ongoing monitoring of developments in financial market regulation in Switzerland and Europe and other target markets

Your Experience and Skills

  • 2 years plus of relevant experience in a Compliance function in the financial sector

  • Degree in law or economics or similar qualification (CAS Compliance Management)

  • Sound knowledge of the regulatory environment in Switzerland and the EU

  • Ability to draft statements, internal policies and procedures and provide trainings in English and German, other languages are a plus

  • Client oriented with focus on continuous improvement; high degree of initiative, reliability and ability to work in a team and with different cultures

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Able to work and manage independently and ability to respect tight deadlines

  • Interest in and enthusiasm for impact investments
