Identify, analyse and respond to cyber security events
Continuously optimising the cyber security controls
Operations and 2nd level support for IT security services and systems
Contribute and support challenging IT projects related to IT security
Adopting security policies into security controls and defined processes
Act as a trusted security advisor for business and IT supporting them in their daily operations and in achieving their objectives
What you need
Successfully completed higher education in the IT area or comparable qualification
Fluent in English (both written and verbal), good verbal communication skills in German
Solid know-how in IT security as well as strong analytical and system-oriented thinking
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
Proven experience in security operation analysis, identifying, monitoring and controlling
You will get extra points for the following
Working experience with SIEM, vulnerability scanners, firewalls, Azure, Windows Defender ATP, MCAS, proxies, analysing tools, etc.
Experience in Microsoft products like O365, Active Directory, Windows OS, as well as Linux OS and Citrix XenDesktop and NetScaler
Good understanding of cloud services, VMware, storage systems and networking
