Junior Finance Business Partner (m/f)

 

 

Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten

 

• Acts as finance business partner Switzerland within and outside finance


• Analyzes business figures and provides financial support to departments


• Owns the process of budget and forecast of OPEX


• Monitors OPEX and prepares deviation analysis against budget and forecasts


• Proactively communicates substantial variances to divisions and functions


• Provides guidance with CAPEX related questions and prepares monthly CAPEX reporting


• Calculates inventory provision and supports Operations with inventory related topics


• Performs other tasks as assigned (e.g. Margin Controlling, Operations Controlling)


• Ensures compliance with accounting manual and controlling tasks


• Control Owner for assigned SOX-Controls

Qualifikationen

• University or post-graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration


• English and German required (written and spoken), French desirable


• Experience in Controlling and / or Accounting


• SAP knowledge


• Microsoft knowledge  (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)


• Ability to independently prioritize and organize work assignments


• Aptitude for analytics and strong problem-solving skills


• High learning agility, creative and innovative mind-set, resilience
