We Offer

 



  • A meaningful and dynamic role for you to become part of our "Global Client Lifecycle Management Team" within Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) department

  • You will be part of the top priority strategic programs of the bank, driven out of the Digital Transformation and Product Labs organization based in Zurich

  • You take responsibility for the Compliance Digital Review product used by the Client ID officers when performing their formalities controls for onboardings of new relationships or change of circumstances of existing clients

  • You will create user stories and interface with stakeholders as well as the development team

  • In this dynamic role you will conceptualize gaps raised by the business, prioritize user needs review specification document

  • You run the business cases related to the application and lead all financial aspects of the project

  • You are going to be the point person on the product development team to define the vision by creating the roadmap, manage backlogs, oversee development stages and you facilitate collaboration between the business and IT

  • You will have the chance to support UAT testing for the product

  • You evaluate product progress at each iteration in the Agile product development

  • You take overall accountability for the product, including reporting risk and issues to your stakeholders and Senior Management

  • You provide ad-hoc support to the extended Program as required


You Offer

 

  • A university degree or equivalent education in business technology-, computer science or other science-related fields

  • At least 1-3 years of work experience with a solid track record as a business requirements engineer or a product manager and experience in project management

  • Prior experience in Wealth Management Compliance and Client Onboarding is a considerable asset

  • You are detailed-oriented while keeping the big picture in mind and are effective at managing time, prioritizing work

  • You are passionate for the development of digital technologies

  • You are comfortable dealing with ambiguity and developing concepts

  • You are highly organized, show a high level of flexibility, have the ability to work under pressure

  • You have superb communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information as clearly and effectively as possible

  • You are a dedicated problem solver with a positive, empathetic personality and can-do attitude who loves to handle multiple challenging priorities and assignments with the dedication to deliver high quality work within short timeframe

  • You are fluent in English; German would be advantageous
