Lead, coordinate and organize production department
Plan the production projects and ensure the cost control, supervision and quality assurance
Continuous improvement and modernization of the production processes
Ensure the manufacture of metal products and the profitability of the site operations
Close cooperation with other departments and stakeholders in the supply chain
Your profile:
University Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Management, Industrial Engineering or Production Engineering, ideally combined with additional education/trainings in field of Business Administration or Economics
Minimum five years of work experience from leadership position in production sector (ideally metal sector/metal construction)
Natural collaborative leadership style
Experienced in organizing and planning production processes
Proven experience in effective people management
Fluent in German and English
Detail and analytical oriented
Adaptable to multicultural environments
Able to effectively communicate in change management
Entrepreneurial spirit and willing to bring new ideas
