For our client, an institutionally-focused investment company based in Zurich, we are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced personality as Office Manager / Sales Assistant on a fixed-term basis (4-6 months) with immediate start.




Tätigkeiten:

- Providing operational and administrative support

- Organisation of client meetings (incl. travels, agenda management, etc.)

- Assisting in the provision of general client service – account queries, account statements, research and/or market information

- Answering client requests

- Preparation of meetings (sourcing materials, producing minutes and follow-up)

- Assist in customisation of presentations

- Liaising with Marketing to manage roadshows and events

- Invoice management and update budgets for the office (incl. expense reports, filing, etc.)




Anforderungen:

- Commercial apprenticeship, Baccalaureate or equivalent education

- Academic background would be an advantage

- 2-3 years relevant professional experience within a similar role in Private Banking or Asset Management

- profound MS Office Skills

- well organized and structured way of working

- fast perception, reliable

- Team player




Sprachen: German/English – fluent in both speaking and writing
