Zusammenfassung der Position

Intern IT System Administrator (temporary for 1 year)



In this function you will be responsible for system support and security. There is a strong communication between EHQ and HQ for Global support and troubleshooting. You will be responsible to install and maintain employee’s computer HW and SW.



Another main task is back up of office file server and control authorization of VPN, security system.

Rollen und Verantwortlichkeiten

• General support Network (and Print Server)


• Maintenance of Server (Microsoft Server 2012 R2)


• Maintenance of call manager and IP phone


• General data security and backup solution support


• Control CCTV capture


• Maintenance and installation of Window 10, miscellaneous S/W


• Installing, configuring, upgrading, and troubleshooting of employee’s computer HW and SW

• Self- motivated, able to plan work independently and efficiently


• Fast comprehension and eager to learn new things


• High degree of personal responsibility and commitment


• Team Player personality with experience in working in a multicultural environment
