Together with Head of IDO (Co) design, build and manage SDX IDO-product & services offering (focusing on native digital first issuances including equity and debt securities as well as non-bankable assets, follow ons and secondary offerings)
(CoManagement) of Co-Creation process with SDX partners
Liaising with SDX IDO ecosystem (incl. regulatory authorities)
(Co) Preparing and (co-) conducting client pitches
Constant alignment with the SDX internal compliance, legal and regulatory team
Collaboration with IDOOrigination-Team
Your profile
Relevant Investment Banking, Advisory Firm or consulting background with 57+ years
experience, alternatively relevant 5-7+ years product development experience in the field of Exchanges and/or CM
Preferred experience in the DACHregion (as an advantage)
Strong project management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize
Ability to work under tight deadlines and in a team environment
Excellence – able to identify opportunities to optimize a team's talents and an ability to
contribute to profitability and efficiency
Strong Communication Skills, sound people management skills – able to motivate, direct and empower team members through ongoing feedback and coaching
A positive, highly motivated attitude with strong leadership and management qualities, strong understanding of professional ethics
positive approach to act in a regulated environment with partially formalized processes
Fluent in German and English
