To strengthen our European Client Servicing department, we are looking for a Geneva based


Client Servicing Officer


Your mission:


As a member of the European Client Servicing Team, you will be involved in a number of key business processes supporting our Sales Teams, Institutional Clients and Third Party Distributors. You will work in close collaboration with portfolio managers, client relationship managers and other supporting teams.


Primary responsibilities:


  • Carry out asset management reporting activities for our institutional clients (setup, production and maintenance of reports including data acquisition)

  • Coordinate the onboarding of new institutional clients and setup of new mandates

  • Coordinate and implement changes to existing institutional mandates

  • Provide direct support to our clients and sales teams in relation to operational topics

  • Desired Profile:


  • +3 years of working experience in the banking industry and good knowledge of financial instruments

  • Confirmed experience in the field of client reporting

  • Expert knowledge of MS Excel (VBA skills an asset)

  • Strong communication skills in French and English (knowledge of German and/or Italian an asset)

  • Highly self-motivated and able to work independently but yet be a team player

  • Strong attention to detail, high level of commitment and client focused mindset

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
