As a Product Structuring Associate you will be part of an agile and diverse multi-disciplinary team. You will play an active role in shaping our alternative and traditional investment funds and bespoke client offerings. Being guided by our broader corporate strategy and a constantly changing regulatory landscape, you will contribute to new and innovative product initiatives as well as helping to further develop our existing suite of investment programs. This role will include:

• Contribute to a diverse range of projects which impact our funds, managed accounts and other investment vehicles;


• Design and implement product structuring solutions to meet the specific needs of our clients;


• Manage service providers and other counterparties by negotiating commercial and legal agreements and other contracts;


• Coordinate with a wide range of internal teams such as investment management, client relationship management, operations and legal; and liaise with clients and a range of external counterparties such as law firms, investment banks, brokerage firms and service providers.

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• Recent graduate in a relevant field such as Finance, Business Administration or Law;


• Excellent academic credentials from a top-tier institution;


• Strong project management, analytical and problem solving skills;


• Proactive, dynamic and results-oriented personality who excels in a team environment;


• Fluency in English;


• Past candidates who have excelled in this role have come from a management / strategy consulting, law, corporate finance, business administration or regulatory / compliance background (prior work experience is highly valued but not mandatory).
