As a Technical Product Manager: Develop and execute product roadmap for dedicated global applications (primarily SAP Hybris PIM & Print), including release & change management, driving adoption of the PIM platform, coordinating regular architecture reviews, supporting technical trainings, keep technical documentation up to date, drive internal support and key user communities, define the future vision of PIM on a global scale
Responsible for technical change management process for Hybris PIM, initiating change requests in close alignment with business needs, planning releases and updates
Drive digital transformation, modernization and innovation all across the existing and future platforms and applications with the primary focus on Hybris PIM, such as Product Experience Management (Marketplace Management / PXM), Product Data Sheet creation process, interfaces with other systems and applications
Identify and analyze the potential solutions to address PIM-related business requirements driven by Technical Department, Product Engineers, R&D, Technical Product Marketing or any other business related teams
Define future-proof and scalable interface strategy for different channels (digital customer touchpoints) such as corporate website, smartphone applications, print, corporate DAM, ERP systems
Global and local architecture management with the Enterprise IT Solution Architect: define new interfaces and integrations with other external/internal applications, improve performance and scalability, enhance quality assurance, management of upgrade roadmaps
Work closely together with other IT teams such as the CRM Team, eCommerce Team, SAP Team, Infrastructure Teams (Monitoring, network, security, governance…)
Manage external vendors such as implementation partners or operating teams for PIM
Define, implement and improve support and governance processes for the assigned applications (primarily Hybris PIM) and platforms by leveraging internal and external teams or resources
