Technical Web Specialist (AEM)

  • Global technical support (2nd level) of Adobe Experience Manager 6.4 with 150+ active users (authors) and some of the related modules or applications, such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Dynamic Media, Search as Service (SOLR)

  • Implementing AEM-related change requests, change management, release management, coordination with external partners, collecting and analyzing business requirements

  • Technical support of AEM 6.4’s global rollout, go-live preparation

  • Technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, reproducing technical issues and documenting the findings as a knowledge-base article

  • Ensuring AEM global system performance, stability and alignment with internal security guidelines

  • AEM quality assurance: Analyzing broken links, unused assets, broken references

  • Optimizing and review AEM configuration such as: start script, dispatcher configuration, user

  • Working across different countries and organizational units such as Legal, Marketing, Communications, Procurement

  • Supporting the AEM Lead Architect with any AEM-related issues, questions or technical tasks

  • Working closely with enterprise architects to ensure that the global IT architecture of SIS is future proof, scalable and meets all the performance and security related best practices and requirements

On-call coverage / pikett-service in a rotation with other team members for global technical AEM support during out of office hours and weekends, supporting and coordinating patch windows
