Provide technical & business architecture guidance related to the salesforce portfolio to global and regional project teams, global stakeholders and regional salesforce Centers of Excellence (CoE).
Project Management for global salesforce.com projects including analysis and documentation of business requirements and management of internal and external project resources and budgets.
Foster knowledge transfer to and between regional CoE, definition of guidelines etc.
Training & support of key users and stakeholders of global applications
Provide technical guidance to Sika’s global Salesforce development resources
