About the role


As our first growth focused product manager your role is simple: Drive growth by making the value of the Avrios platform and its features obvious for customers and prospects. You drive upsells from existing customers on our add-ons and higher packages. And by making our WOW moments more obvious you allow prospect to experience the value Avrios can bring to them, thus reducing sales complexity and accelerating deals. In a market with more than 400'000 potential customers for our solution your contribution is key to the success of the company.

Daily lifeas a growth product manager


You own the growth pipeline end to end, both for expansion amongst existing customers as well as with new prospects. With your dedicated engineering team you independently design, implement and measure the impact of your growth experiments: From customer marketing to product changes, you have full ownership of growth and are expected to prioritize and execute projects independently.
You will collaborate closely with the wider product, engineering and design team and report directly to our CPO.


Requirements



  • 3 years+ experience in a growth product management role or related growth experience

  • You have helped scale a B2B (preferably) or B2C SaaS company from a few hundred customers to thousands of customers in a growth function

  • You combine a creative mind with a get-shit-done attitude to independently come up with experiments to drive growth and validate them as fast as possible

  • You are numbers driven and measure your success in moving analytics which you can assemble indenpedently

  • You are a very fast learner, strong analytical thinker and are comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, outcome driven environment where you have to juggle multiple priorities at once

  • You are easily able to put yourself into the shoes of customers and see the world from their point of view.

  • You are an excellent communicator and can independently craft messages, marketing emails etc.

  • You are experienced in working with engineers and designers to implement your experiments in practice and have shipped dozens of changes with an engineering team

  • Excellent English and German in both spoken and written form is a must, any additional language is a plus

  • EU (Schengen) citizenship or valid work permit for Switzerland
