Product Manager 80-100% (m/f)

Your responsibilities

• You report directly to the CPO at dacadoo and will be responsible for your own product area from
  strategy, roadmap and execution


• You leverage market data, customer insights and analytics to build and refine your roadmap in
  collaboration with the CPO and other product managers


• You take a customer and user centric approach to define your roadmap, features and
  requirements


• You plan releases together with development teams and communicate to business stakeholders


• You work in a highly efficiently environment with complex and challenging tasks

Your qualifications

• Bachelor or master’s degree in Computer Science


• 3 to 5+ years as a Software Product Manager or Product Owner experience


• Ideally understand the market of digital health applications


• Ability to think strategically with strong analytical skills, customer focus and data driven


• Ability to deliver great results in a fast pace environment and under pressure


• Strong team and service orientation


• Able to work effectively in a matrixed organization: to drive focus and prioritization and to
  demonstrate good leadership and influencing skills


• Technical background and/or exposure to Cloud, APIs, Web and Mobile technologies,


• Ability to discuss complex technical concepts and to come-up with good trade-offs in partnership
  with the technology team


• Experience in the scrum process and acting as the PO for scrum teams


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to simplify complex topics


• Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
