We are looking for a Senior HR Recruiter to work for our client, a renowned bank, located in the heart of Zurich. The contract duration of the position is six months from as soon as possible (Ref. Nr. 1531).
Senior HR Recruiter (f/m) 80-100%, temporary
Key responsibilities
You manage the end-to-end recruitment process
You develop solutions in recruitment-specific topics
You recruit senior profiles and advise Hiring Manager in all recruitment related
You process applications and interact with candidates and internal stakeholders actively
You build constant pipeline of area-specific profiles
You act as a brand ambassador at various interal and external events
You will lead/advise on complex Campus Program management cases
You are responsible for budget/allocation
You ensure strict adherence to policies/guidelines
You participate in/lead local and global recruiting projects/initiatives and analyze recruitment metrics/reports as requested
Essentials Skills and Qualifications
University degree
Experience as a Senior Recruiting Partner (5 Years +) in a global environment and matrix organization
Fluent in English, basic knowledge in German
Valid working permit
Strong interpersonal skills
Dedicated problem solver with a can-do attitude
Professional and confident manner at different levels and cultures
Independent and well-structured way of working
