What it's about

• Leading and managing a small team of accounts payable experts with regards to intercompany recharges or transactions, developing & using KPI's and other tools as applicable


• Overlooking and monitoring of the SWIFT setup with our international bank counterparties


• Project management tasks to drive further improvements, automation and strengthening  our processes


• Maintain, update and further develop process documentation to increase the team internal knowledge base


• Supporting the team in the day-to-day capturing and processing of incoming invoices and other payments, including mailbox management to the extent necessary


• Timely handle and support requests from internal and external stakeholders (auditors, suppliers, etc.)


• Interact with external service providers such as banks, custodians and suppliers


• Other ad-hoc and administrative dutie

 

What we expect

Degree in finance, accounting or business administration

Bring along 5-7 years’ experience within the financial industry

Possess a flair for financial figures and strong IT & technology skills

Demonstrate a very accurate and organized working style, a committed and flexible personality, being eager to learn and to be able to deal with pressure

Use a professional communication style, excellent written and verbal English language skills

Preferably having an accounting and or IT background

Project management experience

Operational know how and understanding of SWIFT and the Treasury Management software WallstreetSuite is considered a plus
