We are seeking for our client, an international operating bank in Zurich, a reliable personality for a temporary assignment of 6 months as Regulatory Reporting Specialist within the Finance Team of the bank. This is a temporary assignment with no guarantee of extension or conversion into perm.
Tätigkeiten:
You will be responsible of several regulatory andfinancial reporting functions:
Preparation and analysis of monthly financial accounts, and quarterlyreporting to the US, under US GAAP
Preparation of financial statements under Swiss GAAP, interaction withAuditors
Tax reporting, including coordination with the European and US Tax teamson local and foreign tax issues, involvement in Transfer Pricing. Interactionwith local tax authorities and support for tax audits
Co-ordination and controlling of the Bank’s business activitiesincluding Credit risk on loans, bank guarantees and derivatives; and Marketrisk on currency exposure positions.
Participationin global financial/regulatory projects (new regulatory framework, systemsdevelopments, new financial products)
Anforderungen:
Swiss Academic degree or a qualification in Accounting is mandatory
2 - 4 years of professional experience in the Swiss Regulatory Reporting domain,Financial Reporting and or Audit is a must
