Are you an experienced project manager with a track record of delivering process and operational change? Are you passionate about coordinating multiple tasks and deliverables? Do you have strong analytical skills and attention to detail? Do you want to play a key role in driving the Liquidity and Funding Transformation Roadmap?
We’re looking for a Delivery Manager to:
• Work closely with the project team, senior managers, IT and other project groups to meet project deliverables
• Support program lead in establishing program governance and resource topics
• Lead a small team of experience Project Management officers who are responsible for the operational PMP task.
• Take full ownership of the multiple program stream statuses updates, action and RAID logs
• Own the relationship with internal and external regulators
• Deliver senior-level status reports and steering committee materials
• Prepare and drive project and senior management meetings
• Take ownership of ad-hoc requests and issue resolution
• Ensure oversight and management of program budget
Your team:
You’ll be working in the Business Transformation team responsible for the implementation of the Group Treasury change initiatives, which is actively driving our innovation and transformation agenda. We are a very dynamic, engaged and result-oriented team, and we are passionate in delivering high quality change services within a demanding and challenging environment.
Your team focuses on topics related to Liquidity and Funding. We are responsible within Group Treasury Business Transformation for the change initiative related to the design and the implementation of the future strategic solution for funding and liquidity in UBS and its entities.
Your expertise:
• Ideally at least 5 years line or project management experience
• Able to facilitate and drive issue resolution and act responsibly and analytically in the event of stress or pressure
• Known for ensuring project timelines are achieved
• Able to deal with changing requirements and challenges, to juggle multiple deliverables simultaneously
• Detail oriented, structured and methodical
• An organized individual who is able to prioritize activities and follow them through to completion
• Eager to solve complex problems with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong analytical, communication and facilitation skills
• Able to collaborate with all levels within the organization
